Description

This one is actually the design from Return of The Joker and the Justice League series but it's canon to TNBA, the actual design for TNBA had soulless black eye and plain white face nothing else, he sorta looked like something out of Animaniacs to me so I felt it would be better to draw out this version of him, so here's my drawing of The Joker from The New Batman Adventures.
