Spider-Man Symbol

While I was browsing I came across some logos for Spider-Man and wanted to draw my own symbol, I wanted my symbol to look very elegant but very threatening, I friend of mine is wanting to be Spider-Man for this years Halloween so I'm just drawing out some sketches for his costumes to see if he'll like them.
